What are the bells made from?
Our three-bell sets are made from iron with a baked brass finish, natural jute hanging loops and wooden clappers. The finish is a coating, rather than solid brass. Read the details of your chosen set for its materials and quantity.
Will my bells look exactly like the photographs?
The design and set sizes are as listed, but handmade surfaces vary. Texture, colour and distressed markings give each bell its individual character. Light and screen settings also affect how the finish appears.
How do I choose a set?
Compare the listed sizes in the collection. A petite trio suits a smaller display; a larger trio brings more presence. The twelve-bell collection gives you more pieces to arrange. Ask us for exact weights, rope lengths or additional measurements before choosing hanging fittings.
How should I care for the finish and jute?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and prolonged moisture. Keep the jute dry and store the bells in a dry place between seasonal displays. We have not verified weatherproof performance for outdoor use.
Can I order for delivery to the US or UK?
Both countries are supported by our Shopify markets. Delivery options and charges depend on your address. Contact us with the set, quantity and postal code for current preparation and delivery information, particularly if you have an event date.
Where can I ask about a return or an existing order?
