Before placing your order

Contact us with the bell set, quantity, delivery country and postal code for current preparation and delivery information. If you are ordering for an event or holiday, share your required arrival date before ordering.

Preparation and transit

Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate. Availability and the destination can affect both. Ask us for the current details for your chosen set rather than relying on a general estimate.

Delivery charges

Available shipping options and charges are shown at Shopify checkout for your address. Contact us if an option is unavailable or you need help understanding the cost. Ask about applicable import charges before ordering internationally.

Help with a parcel

For a delay or delivery issue, include your order number when you contact us. If an item arrives damaged, photographs of the item and its packaging will help us understand what happened.
